Problem with iTunes Subscriptions

Greetings All,

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, and Happy Holiday’s to all.

We are currently working to resolve a problem with our subscription inside Apple iTunes Music Store. Currently you are unable to subscribe to The Balticon Podcast through iTunes. Further, if you are subscribed, your subscription will not update properly. Until this is fixed you will need to use the following workarounds.

1) Updating your subscription:
To update your subscription you will need to click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the iTunes windows. Then, click the “Subscribe” button next to the “Balticon Podcast” entry.

2) Manually add the Balticon Podcast to iTunes
You can subscribe without using the Music Store. Choose Advanced > “Subscribe to Podcast” and enter the URL:

We will continue to work with Apple Support to resolve these issues. Unfortunately for us, it’s the holiday season and a lot of people will be taking vacation. We wish everyone at Apple Happy Holidays, and hope to have this resolved in the new year.
